Spare gearbox first gear wear. Pending buying a new set, or
living with this, the box was quiet as far as I can remember
when it was in a mates motor and I took it round the block.

thinking of soldering or brasing this up. This will explain the
mysterious brake fluid leak over several weeks.

Pedal boxes prior to dismantling, one painted now

Door frame so far, new repair panels are slightly different, but
nowt some time with a grinder cant sort. the frame looks out of
line, its all spot on, but the top rail has bucked where its
rusted and I was trying to clamp it...

Few bits done,
One pedal box sorted, and the horn stripped and cleaned and
painted, I have to adjust it and make it work after, but
something clean to work with is better. Last time I use Halfords
rattlecans for topcoat, just doesn't settle properly. Pedalbox
has had 8 coats now, to cover the primer and give depth to the
black.
kept me outa mischief in the evenings
