I do, it's just a little more suited to a '52-56 Series 1 ;)

....driver's bulkhead outrigger and floorpan

...and rear body outrigger
[IMG]

...passenger floorpan has been finished off, and fresh air vent
controls remounted

...first of the front springs has now been reconditioned and
will be going back on as soon as I can remove the bloody
knackered chassis bush!

Sds drill with a chisel attachment works really well if u burn
out the inner bit and the rubber. I found I had to cut the outer
metal bit into two parts then chisel them in on themselves
10mins tops.
Hope this helps

...I've even resorted to an air chisel.....but to no avail, as
the bloody thing had rotted 3/4 of the way down and presents
just a sloping surface that I can't get purchase on.....if the
worst comes to the worst I'll have to whip the engine out to be
able to work on it from the inside! :haha:
.....and I've also tried using a puller made from the side lift
jack that came with the boingy.......and succeeded in snapping
something that had a max lift of 1.84 tons apparently.... :WTF

...time for an update....
....finally got the offside suspension done and removed the
nearside spring to find this...
HTML http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c396/hairyvike/landy%20project/DSCF00040.jpg[/img]
....only 8 springs and the top one snapped (I'd taken off the
bottom 2 already, which is why there are only 6 in this pic!)
...so had no option but to shell out for a new unit
[IMG]
HTML http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c396/hairyvike/landy%20project/DSCF0008-2.jpg[/img]
...finally got around to welding on the last outrigger, and
cleaned the fuel tank , painted and fitted it up
[IMG]
HTML http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c396/hairyvike/landy%20project/DSCF0007-1.jpg[/img]
....seat box fettled, cleaned and repainted
[IMG]
HTML http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c396/hairyvike/landy%20project/DSCF0009-2.jpg[/img]
....and refitted
[IMG]
HTML http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c396/hairyvike/landy%20project/DSCF0002-2.jpg[/img]
HTML http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c396/hairyvike/landy%20project/DSCF0005-2.jpg[/img]
....still needs a lick of green to finish it off, but it's
almost there!
...also made all new brake lines for her, which are now all on
and firmly clipped in place.
I'm in the middle of rebuilding some "new" old props as well as
the two fitted atm are both suffering from knackered
splines...it's starting to look more like a Landy again now, as
this pic from the front shows

Nice work- not sure if the bonnet will work with the series one
86" light panel.

...I'll make it work.... rofl....I just love the look of that
front panel.....if the worst comes to the worst I can always use
some rubber bonnet catches to pull the edges of the bonnet down!
