My '71 S2A lightweight - work in progress

Here are some more pictures of my lightweight. These were taken
when we had 1 day of summer.
I have been out welding a few bits and playing tonight and will
get some better photos hopefully tomorrow.

I have owned it for about 3 years and it is one of too many
projects.
It has a Steve Parker V6 essex engine conversion, RR diffs and
an o/d which helps it to keep up with traffic.
It's now mot'd and on the road. But needs a few more bits doing,
mainly the electrics which are a real mess when originally
mucked about to make 12v from 24v.
I need to use it a bit more now to get some more enthusiasm.
Hopefully will be taking it to a few shows and War and Peace
Revival.
Ed.

Lose the third wiper & the one piece screen, - it'll be a

Fun ride, which, with the doors and the screen stashed safely in
your garage, could be a whole barrel of laughs.
I'm not usually drawn to mili-Rovers...but I could go for this.

I have got a split windscreen from a civi s2 I presume they are
the same width? Need to sort out wipers and vents.
Anyone tried heated screens?

I recall 'Admin' Dave made enquiries about heated windscreens
with some supplier or other. But when he was given the price,
his Yorkshire inclinations deemed them gay, a ruling which is
now hewn into the rocks which form the pantheon to OLLR gods.

Does look nice but I agree with Kev, lose the one piece screen
