Shaun Landrover

Hallo Folks!
My name is Jonathan, I'm 19 and live in Belgium ..
I'm a big British car fanatic! I have an Austin ten cambridge
'36, een Austin Devon '50 and a Landrover 88'' '75 (but the
engine is from '82)
I bought my Landrover when I was 15, but would like him on the
road this winter! Here is what I've done the past few weeks;
How it looked:

I've started to clean up the engine bay:
Started with cleaning the engine and give it a new coat of paint

HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1123.jpg
Also striped the bulckhead and welded in one new footwel:

HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1951-1.jpg
All derusted, primed with a zinc-rich-primer and painted them
the original collor again:

HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1988.jpg
Had some welding work to do:

HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1151.jpg
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1152.jpg
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_2247.jpg
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_2250.jpg
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1166.jpg
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1169.jpg
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1171.jpg
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1170.jpg
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1173.jpg
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1174.jpg
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1175.jpg
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1177.jpg
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1179.jpg
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1182.jpg
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1181.jpg
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1183.jpg
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1185.jpg
I did some panel beating on the roof, it's not perfect, but it
has a rounded shape now!

HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_5632.jpg
after some time:
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1189.jpg
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1188.jpg
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1217.jpg
Interior is almost ready
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1230.jpg
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1229.jpg
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1225.jpg
Engine bay is looking much better now, just have to instal the
overflow bottle
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1224.jpg
HTML http://i1239.photobucket.com/albums/ff508/BritishHeritageCars/IMG_1222.jpg
En this took me much time and patience:

Thanks Chaps!
Next thing to do is putting in the original steering wheel, and
fiting new shocks, and go for an MOT..
Cheers!
