a good coating of vaseline !

well after the modmin have died of heart failure :gay:
i will tell you why - being kind of cold up here in the frozen
north - i have a problem with the damp weather followed by the
cold stuff - the doors keep freezing shut :banghead
remembered a tip from my norway training - rub vaseline on the
door rubbers and hey presto !
it works a treat and now i can get in and out of it :smilewide:
...... now lets work on it starting properly ...............

I was just this morning talking to a neighbour about the exact
same thing, only I didnt have any norway training, just
something I learnt years ago

vasaline will eventually rot rubber, silicone grease is much
better but more expensive

vaseline may rot rubber, but it comes off in bits much quicker
if its frozen to the door / body and you open it :-\

silicon spray,
dash cleaning spray has lots of silicon, is dirt cheap and works
well :thumbs:

Talcum powder works, and preserves the seals...
