       A Snowy Day Off.

The head has closed the school so I am going out for a play in
       Daisy.
Right here are the phots. Some of them are a bit poor but in my
defence the camera was wrapped in a plastic bag and I did have a
pair of gloves and a pair of mittens on so I am happy just to
have been able to press the tit.
       Just about to set off.

The first hill, about 50 yards from my house .Note the waggly
tracks.Daisy did it in 2WD as I forgot to put the hubs on.

       Made it!

       View from the top lane.

Looking along the lane at almost virgin snow.

       A nice phot.

A little green lane near Odcombe.

Daisy tracks in the little green lane.

  HTML http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d55/rory1282/DSCF0820-1.jpg
Into Yeovil and now outside Tesco. I had to pull over here as my
hat came off so I had to run back up around the corner to find
it. The bridge BTW is half a mile long!!!!!

And back into West Coker and home.

Great pics, Rory...exactly what Heterovering is all about.
However, were they taken recently or are they the same pics as a
       couple of years ago?
It's just that the last two, on the Yeovil by-pass and then some
back road, look noticeably familiar to my annoyingly
       well-functioning memory.

Not this year's snow, is it? I seem to remember these photos,
but maybe my memory isn't right. Some of the resurrected posts
       are a bit confusing ;D
Our winter start's officially scheduled for Saturday, finally
the temperatures are to drop below zero, so hopefully we'll have
some snow - so far this year it's been just rain >:(
