Well, the LTDS contingent unfortunately pulled out due to loss
of passenger, but I think the traditional participants will not
be deterred :) Hope the weather will spare us of its traditional
thunderstorms this time - last time we missed the worst by one
weekend only, but this meant part of the campsite was unusable
due to soft ground.
We will be making t-shirts for the meeting with the following
design:

Would anyone on here want one and if yes, what size - t-shirt
colour will be sand/khaki. Ladies' & kids' t-shirts are
available as well ;-)
T-shirts will be ten pounds (or CZK 300) a piece.

If anyone else wants t-shirts, please let me know until Monday
evening - on Tuesday we will be ordering them. Additional ones
can be made but won't be available until after the event.
A few photos from the preparation of the greenlaning trip route
this weekend. Wet is an understatement for the weather with
which our planning session was graced...

It is strangely quiet around here :-?
I know Matt and Alex have pulled out, what about the others? Has
the itinerary been fixed? Is there a plan to stop over at
Drozdov like last year or are the arrangements/route different
this year?

me and grandpa stig with co-drivers driving off from holland
thursday morning, i hope to reach your house at night but that
depends on dougalspeed as dougal is towing a fully loaden
trailer.
but i still think we can make it as i always took the caravan of
doom on tow with no probs doing 60/70mph >rock<

Is Mike planning to move over here permanently? Well, it would
save him a lot of money in the long run :smilewide:

Just realized that you will be doing the NL-Drozdov bit in one
go? :o
Reminds me of the first time you showed up, I think that was
also some Herculian effort. Not sure where in NL your place is
located, Xander, but if I am not mistaken you are looking at
covering over 900 kilometres in a day, right? Best prepare some
mattresses so you don't hurt yourselves falling out of the
trucks upon arrival :-?

Thanks for the invitation to Castle Hyrman, Jan, I thought last
year was a one-off. At least Hana won't have as many gypsies as
last year invading her home! So far as the journey down is
concerned, the plan (!) is to stop here again, as we did last
year.
