I managed to drag myself up to lincs on Saturday, got there just
in time for the taxi run and all that followed.
Had an ace time; much thanks to the organisers, chefs and all.
For those interested; Lozza gave me a brief history of Just Jane
and its once attendance at Lavenham Airfield; cos its just down
the road from me and the fact I didn't even know there was an
airfield there I looked it up:
HTML http://www.lavenham.co.uk/airfield/
might be worth a look....................................
Anyway, thanks again for a top 'do', so glad I got there.
Was ace to see you Nuggs ...good call on the airfield at
Lavenham too ...The aircrafty types on here "need" to head back
to Lincs for a spot of airfield bashing come the warmer weather
i reckon :lightblb:
A little bit further and you'll find Lavenham in Suffolk, along
with a fairly good selection of airfields @ 'tripping over them'
Bob on, on the warmer weather as well. Not that it should dampen
spirits, who said 'theres no such thing as bad weather just bad
clothes' ???
Really enjoyed it, weather and all. 8)

Looked a fair do.
Couldn't make this one though, was a few miles further North at
Cleethorpes, in a nice warm bed, listening to the rain & hail
outside, & thinking of you all.
Dave, those pics of you look [s]scary[/s] worrying.

Worrying? Why? Did you read what Nuggs said about bad weather
and bad clothes? My outfit was chosen for no other reason that
its waterproofness. ;D

Fair doos, parts of it looked water proof ( they'd have to be to
stop 'her' milk tankers getting soggy >vom<) and the 'heals'
were definetly not soft ground friendly :WTF
