is a mini Marshall the same as the larger one's built in
Gainsbrough,
The old Marshalls place is now a retail park with a few of the
old bits of the factory machinery dotted round the place.

I bought it from a chap who build them from kits of castings,
has a play then sells them to fund his next one

A 1910 Marshall 7HP 10-ton road and traction engine.
I was aware of the sad demise of the old Marshall Works, this
the kit this one is built from is supplied by Brunell Models up
by Lancashire way

If you have enough Landies... then letting go of 2 good ones or
3 average ones should be enough to secure yourself one ;D

I'm not sure if it was the official steam rally, but in 2010 I
made it down to the big show in mid-September, where there were
several engines present, to meet my friend and get a ride in his
Spartan that was at the show
