What bits should i get galvanised?

Just repaired my bulkhead and it is going to be getting galved
shortly, but I just wondered what other bits i should get done
at the same time, it is a 2a 109" Station wagon.
I am thinking bulkhead brackets, transmission tunel?, nearside
lower wing support thingy, front panel (once repaired).
Can anybody suggest anything else i should really be getting
done?

Unfortunately I can't really do these bits as the whole "donor"
rear tub and new side frames is together in one lump painted and
ready to lift on, what i will do with these is make sure they
get treated inside with something suitable.
Will add the othe bits to the list!

How about the brake back plates?
I ask because I'm contemplating doing mine, but have yet to
decide if it's a good idea.
Otherwise just add everything you can think of as long as you're
happy retapping any threads. Spread all the bits out and take a
photo as a record in case anything gets lost.
If you have it blasted somewhere other than the galvanisers,
make sure you jet wash all the dust off before sending it away
for galvanising.

Not sure on the brake backplates....I was thinking more of zinc
plate and passivate - it tends to be a bit 'thinner', although
ti be honest if you ream out the adjuster holes it shouldn't
make much difference.

Thanks for the advice, i hadn't even considered the brakes, but
it might well be worth getting the front 6 pot back plates done
at least, they are getting expensive to replace.
Big stuff is getting blasted local to me. For the smaller bits I
am planning on using my home made ex diswasher frankenblaster
which works but is a bit slow going, will probably wire brush
first then just blast the awkward bits?
Hopefully a mate is getting the bulkhead galved for me through
his work, they are starting with a new suplier and he NEEDS some
'samples' galvanising first :rolleye0012: thats the sort of
mates I like :thumbs:.

I would certainly get the brackets that attach the bulkhead
footwell to the chassis done, although new galv ones can be had
off eBay relatively cheaply.

Depends on how much work you want to make for yourself really:
Chassis/rear grab handles
Bulkhead
Rad panel
Battery tray
Bonnet frame
Door frame
Sill brackets
Sill channels
Bonnet prop
Bulkhead/chassis brackets (as suggested by Noel C)
Screen frame
Cappings
Splash guards/inner wings
Steering box cover
Spring bottom plates
Drop plate
Steering column to dash bracket?
Obviously, this would look awfully bling, but you could have as
few or as many of these ideas as you wanted.
I have also heard of axle casings being galved, and then the
mating faces cleaned right off again?

Kind of want to keep it to the bits that need it the most
really, :-? which as far as can see is anything made from
steel. Battery is under the seat as it is a 6 pot BUT i need to
sort the tray which is steel so think that might get added to
the list.

If you have a genine bumper, that too...
B posts, Id advise doing as FT mentioned. They go like hot snot.
You'll have to paint the bulkhead n that too, so does it really
make any odds, Not much more work to seperate them.?
PS, if your mate requires more samples, Ive a chassis I could do
with dipping once ive sorted the battery tray and dumb irons.
