I t amy seem liek I've gone overboard on the pics, but if you
need to identify, it will probably be from another pic, which is
likely how you be buying it, so you'll need every angle.

Both of those that I've owned came with 569204 rims and as one
set still had the fire engine red under coats of various shite I
suspect they were the original wheels. But then it's Land Rover
and there are no hard and fast rules - the customer could
specify almost anything or the factory would fit what was to
hand and suitable.
Fuckwit - this is all well and good but, TBH, all these pics of
different wheels in different colours and shades, and taken from
differing angles and picture sizes are a bit confusing. IMO what
you need is to enchance one of those cross-sectional diagrams by
adding the measurement that you've taken from the face to the
edge, the position of the rivets and the part number and
description. Then it would more concise and easier to understand
and compare.

I agree with you - updated version of the diagram would be most
useful. All required info on one sheet for easy reference.
Where's Stuey? he could enhance this with his knowledge of the
split-rim.

I agree. I have kept the differnt rims types together in
separated psots, and I would add more to each pic, but after
editing the damned forum times-out, so I have to race to do it.
And I make errors in that race. Or leave soemthing out.
Something has to give. Including the fucking possesive
apostrophe (one of my pet hobby-horses).
I wanted to do it all in one hit, but I can't proof it fast
enough, and off-line in a txt editor I can't see the online
result. And frankly I have not the time, I've been on it 4-5
hours, and most of that was 'kin bucket time.
My deepset measurement for the ANR rim is wrong, but I can't go
back to it. This forum is designed around 300 word posts, so
when i hit it with lots more, it baulks me. Sorry.
Do your admin powers allow you to unlock it for me?

And yes Stuey can do a cross-sectipon, but that is not the
problem. Buying with only one bad pic on Ebay is. And if you
think about it, you don't want to rattle the seller.
Unless of course, your particualr kink is paying £160 a rim.
You need a library of pics to nail down what you're looking at.

I have a brand new anr1534 at the lockup, i will measure it if
nobody else does it before the weekend
I also have a split rim i picked up about 3 weeks ago, i was
going to sell it to a guy on the s1c forum who i sold my last
one too(he needs one more for a full set),unfortunatly it was
wider than the last one so he didnt want it,
I think it may be off a Rover 8...... :-\

Got an anr1534 here but photobucket is being gay so cant add
pics.
Its rivited not welded so is it really tubeless?
The "step" is about 60mm and the measurement from the outer edge
to the face is 72mm
