The later you leave it the better the weather should get. What
about in May? Or even the first week in June? That means the
bank holidays are out of the way and everyone should have just
been paid :smile1
The train driving sounds great and a wonderful bargain compared
to the £350 you would pay if not on a special deal. I think I am
in!

As for dates, what months are best for folk?
march?
april?
may?
March is out cos it'll be brass monkeys and/or wet. April will
be wet and OLLR, Wales and the month of April don't have a good
track record so let's hope May isn't wet or too cold, cos as
others have said, June is traditionally the month for LATP,
although we've not set the date yet.
I know an abandoned coal mine where we can dig some out for the
kettles. :smilewide:

How does May the 11/12 sound then? Not a bank holiday as far as
I'm aware. getting to the middle of the month, but should be
about affordable, leaving June paypacket for LATP :-?
Ill be heading down in October, so will try to arrange things
then...
It definitely wont be in June as that's LATP time.
For accommodation, there are a few sites locally including the
one my family stays on, but they have a 10.30 curfew on noise n
stuff, which is fair play, as its a small site. Ill look into
some 'other' accommodation when im next down, and try to sort
something out.

Ill work on a kettle, but the associated costs with lighting one
up...
Mmm :-? A kettle that one lights up  Is this a speshul
kettle we are talking about here?
Dave the roads in Wales are too narrow to be towing one of those
maggot things along. Blocking up the road causing tail backs
::)
