Hello, spotted a few familiar names on here!
Thought I'd better get registered on here as I have a feeling
that I will be asking some questions in the months to come.
I won't mention much about the restoration of my 110 as I know
such comments will lead to unhappiness within these confines but
surfice to say as she's now MoT'd I'm looking for another
project...
A good friend of mine has a Series 3 which has great sentimental
importance to him, but it's feeling rather sorry for itself and
in need of some work. He has been trying to get it fettled
himself but due to one reason or another this has not been
possible. It has been agreed in principle that he is now willing
to allow me to take the vehicle to do the work on his behalf.
He's been muttering about it being a proper Land Rover on proper
suspension.......
I'm certainly looking forward to driving it when it's done. Roll
on laning in a Series in summer 2013. :smilewide:
