Must stay off ebay when I've been drinking. I forgot i had bid
until it struck me at noon the following day - "shit!, hope I
didn't win the 2a" But I did..... :2mo5pow:

'64 with lots of bits missing like any wiring or pedals. The PO
had started fixing it so the chassis has been welded and painted
and the bulkhead is solid. It has new springs and shocks and
some newish bits on the engine. I've no clue about wiring looms
etc so I'll be needing lots of help getting it up and running. I
have proper wings and front panel for it. I'll not be doing much
to it until the 109 is on the road.
PS Anyone got a radiator?

Cool. Everyone needs a winter project (or two)! Does it have an
engine..?
And you'd better sort those hinges if you want to be "one of the
crowd" ;-)

It has a petrol engine. The hinges are attached to the doors but
not to the bulkhead. Most of the body work is tied on with rope
and cable ties :-?

If you want to sell those Lucas lamps off the bumper, can I have

Sounds like a plan. What I need is an idiot's guide to wiring
looms. Wiring diagrams confuse me.

don't look at the whole diagram just look at the one wire/line
that you want to replace, sort that one and then move on to the
next one you want to do
it's not that hard with old brit' electrics, a multimeter can
help just so you can check for continuity, test each bit as you
do it before moving on to the next bit

What does this engine need to get it running?

That series 3 heater might come in handy as the one in my 88
sprung a leak today.

Obviously the radiator is missing. Ignoring ignition switch for
the time being, can I connect straight from the battery to the
HT lead for the dizzy?
It rolled on and off the railer but now It's behaving like it is
in gear. The gear stick is in neutral. Any sugestions?
I'll try and pick up the parts I need over time. Already got
proper wings, nice razor edge bonnet, panel and grille Looking
for pedals and pedal boxes, anything that's missing from the
engine, headlights, series 2 hinges, driver door top,.....
