Play day in Heywood

A couple of pics from the playday I went to in Heywood on Sunday
sorry for the quality of the pictures but I forgot my camera had
to use my phone.The noise made by the Griffon engine was
superb.I spent the afternoon chasing the tanks round the
field.

Heywood? I'd have made the 4 mile trek if I'd have known.
I would have come along in The Shed...to recover any of those
beasts if they got stuck!
Interestingly, my Dad has just been darn Sarf this weekend
driving an armoured personel carrier, chieftan tank, Quad bike
and summat else which I can't remember! Looks like he could have
saved a bit of fuel...

There was only one series Landrover there.The silver Armoured
one that came to leafers last year.He went round the field a
couple of times,but hes still not forgiven me for overtaking him
in reverse last year.Mel the guy who owns the tanks was giving
rides around the fields to the kids

There were two Antars there they belong to the guy that owns the
