What's that in the background? I first thought 308 GTB/GTSi, but
the lamp unit seems incorrect, as is the bumper shape.

Well chaps, the news is good :thumbs: thank god for that. The
machine behind is this beasty:

Early Toyota Celica Supra narrowbody. Very rare car now, there's
around 60 left in the UK. It's pretty 80s-tastic, pop up
headlights, every electrical gizmo going. Bought it off some
oldies who had owned it from new, originally it was bought as a
25th wedding anniversary present for the wife. It's only covered
60k and it's been maintained by Toyota no expense spared. I
think we can excuse the gay boingy springs on this one for once?

Pretty pretty shiny thing. Whilst I normally hate Jap stuff,
these float my boat. A mate had a notchback one a while back. He
managed to hit a lamp-post backwards whilst going forwards at
about erm 55 ish. Cough.... Good news about the MOT though.
