Mixed feelings on this one - I love playing offroad, BUT
Sibbertoft mud does proper wreck stuff - IIRC I lost 3
wheelbearings in the the four weeks after the last sibbertoft
       do...

Not your driving style or maintenance regime then??? :-\

Put it this way. In the preceding 7 or so years of Landrover
ownership - I have had 1 wheelbearing fail.
Within a month of Sibbertoft I had 3 wheelbearings fail.
During the subsequent 18months or so after sibbertoft, I have
       had zero wheel-bearings fail.
It may have been a fluke, or maybe I said something wrong to
them on the way home, but I've a nasty feeling I know why those
wheelbearings failed, and it's relating to that evil Sibbertoft
silt having managed to get into them somehow.
It's not to say I'd not take the truck back there, but as I
originally posted, I'd think twice before ploughing in there -
I've swamped it in mud on plenty of other sites with no
problems, but Sibbertoft mud does seem to have (an not
unjustifed in my experience) reputation for killing off any
mechanical components it gets anywhere near... (makes it sound a
       bit like me really ;D)

Dependant on commitments/availability then I could be
       interested.
