A few possible weekends free at present,
how does the 7th & 8th July 2012 sound - 4 weeks after LATP?

Now I've assumed people would want to either use the off-road
site either Sat, Sun or Both. The cost to hire the site for a
day is £240, so IF interest is only for one day in the sand pit
then it would halve the individual coast roughly. BTW camping £6
per night, again I've assumed we would be onsite Fri and Sat
nights.
Laning could be similar to last time if reqd one or two days.
Comments needed ASAP if we want to book the site for the whole
weekend.

Harry, 'tis indeed a good idea, I would be up for it, and if
I'm going the missus will be going.
I would have thought a day in the pit, and a day laning say
arriving on Friday and leaving Sunday?
However it all depends on how you are going to split the £240
down, is it going to be divided up per vehicle or per person.
Per person would be less for each, working on a ratio of 30
people tipping up, and it costing £6 per person, then in total
for 1 individual it would cost £20, not included any scoff.
When you think of it like that, it sounds quite good value for
money.

If we have an approx idea of numbers and whether one or two days
on the off-road course reqd we can arrive at a cost per vehiccle
and suitable dates.
So comments please.
