S3 seized clutch

Looking for suggestions on how to release a seized clutch on a
petrol 109 I've been to see...
There's around 1/2" of pedal travel, after that it's rock solid,
I've had it running up to temp and 2 feet on the clutch trying
to free it with a bang, but no joy.
Spoke to Calum and he suggested that it could be the master
itself that's gone and seized up, and I'll have a look at that
option when I get it home, open the bleed nipple and try it, but
are there any other good methods if it's the plate that's seized
on?
It's a s3 FFR if that makes any difference to the hydraulics.

Getting heat into the whole clutch assembly is the key- need to
run for sometime can take ages before it goes bang and frees
itself- if u pop open the clutch slave bleed nipple that will
tell u if that is working.
BIt drastic but you could also try getting it nice and warm
then turn off engine- chock all 4 wheels- stick it in low ratio
4 wheel drive and hit the starter button with your foot hard on
the clutch pedal- that has worked for me in past. Good Luck

It may be the flexible hose swollen and blocked. It may be the
steel sleeve around the input shaft all rusted up, you know, the
one the release bearing slides on.

A friend of mine had an old Transit based motorhome (yes I know
it's a different motor but same principle applies)
His clutch often seized over winter if he forgot to go and
exercise it once a month.
His cure was jack the vehicle up on axle stands. Start the
vehicle in top gear, and leave it running for half an hour.
Applying the brakes while trying to disengage the clutch would
then free it, usually with a bang.

Fundamental to most of these options is the ability to operate
the clutch ie depress the pedal. As others have said get the
hydraulics working first

Mines been sitting for about 5 weeks and went to play today but
the clutch had lightly siezed. If you're pretty sure the
hydraulics are working you can put transfer in neutral and main
in gear, with brake and clutch pedal down ram the transfer box
into high and it might jerk it free. Or fuck it.
