biggest blade i ever got to operate was a D9, got to play with a
fair few earth movers when i was a kid due to my dad having
trucks on demolition sites and on the M6 when it was being
constructed
i did like my Tonka toys as mine were real ones :smile1

I was a bit like that too, my old man was a plant
fitter/mechanic for one of the big plant places up here when I
was a kid and he often went out on call to fettle something and
I used to go with him and whilst he was fixing up whatever was
knackered I used to get chucked into one of the 'dozers or what
ever else was working at the site and would just stop in there
whilst the driver did his stuff with it, great fun when you were
at kid! I imagine the H & S brigade would have a fucking heart
attack if the saw that happening nowadays! ;D
