A quick search shows LRC Huddersfield list the special flexible
hose 565668 at £2.13 and P A Blanchards the metal brake pipe
from the hose to the master cylinder 577664 (88 models) at
£1.25. I would say that as the brake pipe is rusty that won't be
helping. As the reservoir looks in good enough condition I'd be
inclined to carefully cut the old hose off (pulling it will
invariably snap the wotsit off the reservoir), clean it up and
replace the hose and pipe. Cheap as chips and keeps it factory.

My way to find a leak is to push on the pedal and watch the
fluid spurt out of the hole in the front flex pipe, my own
fault, stamped hard on the pedal to get the discs ( I know, gay
) shiny, only to get that sinking feeling under the foot, all
this on my way to the last MOT.
