Some progress since the last images. New steering box is in and
new seats and seat belts fitted to cab. Can't believe how good
the steering feels with no play in the system. It will take a
bit of getting used to after years of Hollywood race car
steering action to keep the Stage One in a straight line! Next
job is to tidy up the engine bay and fit the motor and gearbox
back into the girl. Some images below.
       Regards Warrick.

Thought I would update the thread as the motor is back in the
Stage One. Good high pressure cleanup of engine bay and removal
of some of the wire tangle to give the motor a bit of a clean
canvas to show off her beautiful rockers. Headers are a tight
fit but looks like they will be a willing participant in the
partnership. A little bit of persuasion and fiddling and I think
I may just have got lucky with the header choice. Gearbox back
in probably next week after the rewiring of headlights and spot
       light relays.
I am after a new heater valve/tap as the original has seized if
anyone can recommend a supplier for a new one to suit a Series
       3. I think the Stage One and standard Series 3 share the same
       heater units.
Getting closer to starting. Some images below of the latest
       work.
