Saw this one the other day, but didn't really have chance to
stop and take a pic. As it happens, I was foot to the floor
following the chap who is in the MGB in that screen shot...

I have never thought I would enjoy looking at rusty, knackered
and over grown giant chicken sheds. But for some strange reason
I find I'm drawn back to this thread and have even looked at the
sample page of the book listed. Am I turning into an anorak? Or
was I one all along and was in denial? I even find myself
looking out for [s]chicken sheds[/s] "Grounded railway van
bodies"on my travels, its getting that bad. I try and imagine
what I would use one for if I could possibly ever own such a
time piece from Britain's Railway past. Do I need help, should I
never speak about Grounded railway van bodies again? Or should I
give in and immerse myself in all that is anorakish..... One
things for sure, my missus must NEVER find out. I'm not that
       brave yet......!

       I blame Dave ....
Mind you he does have worse hobbies ...
Now IF I start to build model railways ...I'll know I'm doomed

Wear your anorak with pride, get out and photograph those
grounded railway van bodies and post them here to earn kudos
with your fellow anoraks. Bonus points are awarded for "rare"
       and [JE]interesting[/JE] vans. :smilewide:
