Well I guess I had better show off my old banger... 1962 11a
that has been fitted with a 2.8 Diahatsui diesel, I fitted the
engine as she is my daily and the old petrol lump was making me
bankrupt. I fully plan to fit a 200 or 300 tdi lump just as soon
as those finances allow.
Currently on her 2nd chassis which I purchased 2nd hand (big
mistake) and this is now in need of a little tlc. She is big,
noisy and a bitch to drive but i wouldn't have her any other
way. She get's used for the work commute and weekend rubbish
hauling duties and also trailering my collection of old
motorcycles between my garage at home and my rented workshop on
a local farm. Yesterday I was parked in a local street amongst
some very posh car's and she was the one getting all the
attention..cool....
