My 2a Forward control

This is my FC as it was when I bought it.
I've had it for about three years now and there is still a long
way to go with it as I suffer from chronic ICBA ::)

Looks pretty straight and great basis to start with. Is it still
standard engine etc? Any plans once you get over your
affliction?

That photo is about 3 years old and the FC is mostly stripped
down now. The chassis is completely bollocksed but I have a
replacement all refurbed and waiting to go. It still has a 2 1/4
petrol in there, and the FC gearbox, but they don't look to be
in the best condition. It's going to have to go diesel if I'm
ever going to drive it though, originality is nice but what's
the point if you can't afford to use it. The back body is no
longer with it as I originally wanted to build a camper. I'm not
so sure about that now but at the rate I'm going I don't need to
worry about what goes on the back for several years yet ::) :)
Anyway, arsedness has returned and I'll stick some current
photos up later when I'm back from the shed.

I do like series 2 FC's. Which creates a paradox of somewhat,
all these Land Rovers to like and own, so little drive space
and not enough cash :D

This is as it stands today. As you can see, limited space means
I have an 'airportable' style stack of FC's at the moment ;D

After a good couple of weekends this is where I'm at. Time to
start cleaning stuff up and bolting it all back to the rebuilt
chassis :)
