       Hi
I have owned and run series Land Rovers for the last 19 years,
       since I was 18.
Currently own a S1 and S3 both 88", the S3 I've just got back on
the road after fitting a prima engine which I started a few
       years ago!
The S1 needs a bit of work, have a new chassis for it and it
will need work doing on the bulkhead.
Browsing this forum and the S1 Club forum, which I'm a member of
gave me inspiration to get the S3 sorted after stalling on it
due to having kids, jobs on the house etc.
       Stu

I'm in Northern Moor, not far from Sale.
This is an old photo of the series one, my friend owned it for
20 years which is as long as I've known him too.
He got fed up of welding it over and over to keep it on the road
plus his interest in ex military vehicles took over.
