Now then
From reading posts from others, it seems that we have more beer
than last year arriving :giddy:
So. a little co-ordination might be called for.
From memory,
Calum is bringing a barrel - cask conditioned so needs to settle
and not be disturbed, but arriving on Friday (?)
Myself, bringing a barrel on Saturday morning (late) but bright
/ racked off (dependant on your terminology)
Another (sorry forgot who) - I think also cask conditioned so
will need to settle
HOw many pumps will we have (none of this southern shit of
dispensing straight from the barrel please)?
I will be bringing one.
Can we agree (with managements permission / guidance) a price?
(I suggest £2 per pint with a 50/50 split of profits going to
OLLR and the Museum - but it isn't really my call - Icey?)
This assumes that there will be a profit, but no agreement or
assumption on underwriting the inititial capital cost. - do we
need to discuss/agree this ?
Owt else needed to discuss / agree?

If you need the money up front then we have a surplus in the
bank. Vinny is the treasurer so he's the one to speak to.
If in the unlikely event that all the beer doesn't sell and you
are out of pocket after buying the beer with your own money we
will make up the difference - see Vinny on the day.
Are we having any Millstone Stout? I think that was the name of
that which I supped at the Station Bar?

I really need to organise a barrel of Dobcross bitter .I tried
it the last Stayley Vegas meet and although I,m not a bitter
drink .Shit ir was nectar of the gods!!

Yep, arriving early friday to get it put on the ground and help
set up. Probably best if I put it on on saturday so it at least
has a chance to settle and get into a reasonable condition.
It'll still be green though I reckon. I'll be bringing a
handpump along so no worries there. Mine will be paid for up
front (taken from my wages no doubt).

They might react adversely with your normal tipple (cider) and
make you drunk, or ill, or both or worse :bleurgh

My usual tipple depends on a few criteria. Weather, time of day,
and funds mainly. So breakfast is Old Tom, lunch is cider, and
evenings is a good single Malt.
