No welding done today as yesterdays error with the on off
direction of the Co2 bottle valve has left me without gas ::)
So I've spent the day taking off the bulkhead and collecting
together all my bits for shot blasting.

I had a free night tonight so I thought I would go and get my
welding finished. Got 2 little spots of weld done then the
welder died! :smiley-furious:

A lack of gas has thrown my schedule out by a week, and I've
just realised I could have bought a mini bottle from Halfrauds
on Sunday :(

The lock housing was a bit buggered.

Fresh one welded in.

Rotted bottom rail out, brace made from the bottom of another
scrap door.

Repair welded in, just needs the welds cleaning up, paint taking
off and the bottom hinge crush tube welding in, maybe a week on
Monday it'll go for galvanizing?

way to be galvanized on Monday.

Would it be a good or bad idea to galv the rear door hinges?
Obviously with out the hinge pin and ball.
