Tomorrow the grinder comes out to play shortly followed by the
welder if the rain stays off.
I might even have a look what's gone wrong with the Prima,
although the availability of a cheap 200 tdi may mean it may not
be going back in :-\

I'm fairly pleased with the fit and if my steel rule is to be
believed I've got it straight as well. I just hope it stays like
that when it has a hot bath in zinc.

What is the hole next to the chassis bolt for?
Fatigue got the better of me so the welds will have to be
polished flat tomorrow.

Repair welded in and square holes cut. I'll test fit the dash
tomorrow, the squares may need to be filled out a little more,
and I may flatten out the welds.

All being well I'll have the bulkhead off tomorrow and finish
welding, I just hope my Co2 lasts after someone mentioned that
the welder leaks and he should turn off the gas before dinner,
then turned it to fully on instead of off. :smiley-furious:
