Need greenlaning in different places

:giddy: Hello everybody !
For our trip in your country in jully we need sum greenlaning
for :cross the Peakdistrict thrue the north, make a circle on
the Lake District from Ambleside or other, and also on the
Inverness region.
I hope you can help us !

I know how much you frenchies love the Scots but I'd give it a
miss; shit weather and all the old roads are ring fenced by arab
and english nobility. You can walk wherever you like, but
drive................No. :gay:

using the

Maps[/font][font=arial] section[/font] to view the route on an
OS map. You can then use the screen capture facility to print
off the route. Alternatively OS Landranger maps 110 & 119 with a
"B" pencil / highlighter may be of use.

It would be nice if we could meet up with you Yves - do you have
some ideas of dates etc?
Yves was very generous to us when we went to Switzerland last
year, and led special runs for the English - it would be nice to
return the favour, and a good chance to meet up with some of the
LTDS lads too.
My only problem is little knowledge of the lanes - Paul has
thrown up some good suggestions, and where is Phil Gregson when
you need him?

There's a good crop of lanes up here round South Lakes - let us
know the dates you'll be about and I'll see what I can organise
for you all up here.

Thank you all for your fiendly response. :thumbs:
Our tour start in Plymouth on the 8 july, make tour in Cornwal-
Bristol- Wales- Peak District- Lakes- Scot west coast- Isle of
Harris-Lewis- up to west coast and go down to Inverness-
Edimburg - North Yorkshire- Solihull - Porthmouth on the 25.
make one day stop on the 11 july in Macclesfield, on the 13 in
Ambleside, on the 16 near Fort William, on the 21 near
Inverness.
Of course, we hope fund sum green lane from peak District to
Yorkshire Dale- Lake District, and also in the Wales.
We are very happy if we can meet sum of you in this places, also
for ride together cupple of day.

as everyone else said little if no greenlanes up scotch - but
will get back to you regards good routes around the highlands
there are some good places that are not to be missed :smile1
however watch out for the midges - you are going to be up there
just at the right time to get eaten alive :confused:
do you want more picture opportunities or more culture/history ?

I do not know routes at all ( this is one of teh reasons i use
this forum ) but if there aer any trips out in derbyshire /
south yorkshrie i will be up for it :)
