       Some at DVLA only seem to go to work to screw people up - much
       like traffic wardens

       Best way to deal with them is (from my experience ) to actually
       go into your "local" office ........They seem so much more
       helpful when they are in reach over the counter  >:( >:( >:(

       Pete and myself did go to local office to try to sort it out,and
       the inspector was a complete arse,Pete dragged me out before it
       got out of hand? >:(
