Krivoklatska 70 - A local club event

An event by the Land-Rover Series Club CZ - due to some stomach
problems (most likely caused by a Ninety that somehow squeezed
in, much to my disbelief) I had to take part only as a
photographer and then leave home for some rest. But still, lots
of nice pictures were taken, nothing really creative but lots of
action. I'm still learning how to make nice and sharp action
shots, sometimes I manage to take a few nice ones, but I'm
improving only very slowly ;-)

See? That's what I mean, that one was taken by my wife, I'm
sitting at the wheel :) I did improve after doing some very
basic thinking, but still, good light is essential for me if I
want to have at least a part of the shot sharp - the brilliant
weather yesterday really helped a lot.
But it's all good fun, love to learn as I go, I did a
photography workshop my wife gave me as a Christmas gift a few
years back but can't remember a thing now...

Although I stand by the opinion your pictures up there are good,
one cheat I use is to put my camera onto sport mode, so it
automatically gives me a higher ISO, and then I put it on
"burst" mode, so it takes 10 shots each time I push the shutter
down.
Works a treat!

Hmm, I think I tried this some time ago, but it needs very good
light. Would have worked alright during the past weekend, but
let's see, good point with the Sports setup, could help a bit -
thanks.
