Time-lapse engine change, Easter 2012
By: Lightweight Nat Date: April 16, 2012, 9:38 pm

A whole gang of us put a new engine in Ruud's 109 Alfred, along
with a whole load of other work. I made a timelapse video out of
over 8000 images my camera took while we were working (and
having lunch, and watching Ruud pressure wash the ming out of
the engine bay, etc etc). There's more details in the
description on Youtube. :)

Ho yus, hopefully in the not-too-distant future there might be a
similar video of PDX being rebuilt in that very same shed, I've
got a nice galvanised chassis for it in storage, and I've just
stripped the gearbox down into component parts to see what needs
replacing, got to find it a nice engine now. :)
