Carters Steam Fair (as seen on the telly this year) are looking
for summer staff. A proper traditional fair with old lorries and
steam driven rides. I should think it will be mostly south and
south west based.

Great programme that! I never imagined Jobby Carter would look
as he did - I just got a mental picture from reading about him
in OG.

They provide accommodation! Or ring a local company up north,
may not be fairs and stuff but plenty of marquee companies in
need of seasonal workers and you can spend your days having
someone like me call you a cunt repeatedly :-D

Well a lot of stuff will be focused down that way because it's
where more people are I think? :-\ Anyway, there's always
other opportunities. Like Leeds Festival (if you like that sort
of thing) will need staffing - either you could work three eight
hour shifts and get free entry, or choose to work full time for
the event and get lotsamoneys for your efforts.

I reckon you should at least give 'em a call Matt as they do
have fairs in April and May, which are spring months.
