Sort out which wires go to the fuse box.
Join the front section of the loom to the mid section of said
loom through the connection box and work out which wire goes to
which ancillary on the engine.

I take it its not driveable?
Id struggle to get up there on Saturday, but if it can be got to
me... Ill happily poke wires in the correct place.
Go on the auto sparks website, find the Lucas wiring codes and
see what wire matches, label it and look at lengths, if it seems
right then test with a multimeter(a fiver-a tenner from B+Q or
somewhere like that) or get an old sidelight and some connectors
on it to test power back to earth.
