Grill badges and stickers

I got back from Uni earlier today so thought I would rummage
through the things my grandma left me for my land rover. My Gran
always said they had all my Great granddads motoring relics in,
tools and books. Also as she served time as a driver (chauffeur)
for the MD at Beatson Clarkes in Rotherham there was a few
things in their of interest to the family. However i found this,
and well chuffed to have found her prized badge. She gave me her
old AA badge for my 17th birthday to put on my series 2, and I
still have to now put on the 80".
She always told me how this coronation badge took pride on her
grill of the Lefrancais Daimler she used to drive, and how she
used to polish it every day.

So for the 80" i have: an AA Badge, Coronation and currently in
the process of purchasing a series one club badge.
So what’s on your motors grill and what badges should I look out
for? I have seen the rover diesel ones and they are RARE
apparently.

Thats a nice badge Rob.
Had quite a few on my 2a - Rover Diesel, AA, 60th LR badge,
National Traction Engine Owners & Users and a James Penfold
owners plate from an old threshing drum. That grill is in the
house now with the badges still on it.
Just got the top one on the 80", think it'd look daft with any
more.

Not keen on going overboard on badges so besides the original
small Land Rover badge I have an AA from the right year (I
think) and a Swiss touring club badge for the trip last year. I
think some people over do it COUGH/strang/COUGH.

P4 vikings head along with an RAC and AA badge on Big Ears (a
Rover diesel badge would be a nice touch)

Nitemare, is that RAC badge the chrome/enamal one?
I have one for my S3 but was told its worth quite a few quid so
took it off the plastic grill before it goes walkies!
I have the same AA badge too, but not nearly as rare, I also
have an AA box key, but cant find a box to fit it! (Long gone
:(!)

mine is the plastic one
if you're worried about losing yours i'll do you a swap, i
really can't see the point in fretting that someone "might"
steal your badge, is it worth thousands, millions ?? stick it
on the front of your motor and show it off or sell it
no point in owning it if it's just going to get buried in a
drawer
