Great collection of Surf Rover's. Have you restored them all in
France? Also what wheel and tyres are on the Surf-Rover VII (109
1 Ton lookalike)? It sits really nice on that setup.
       Regards Warrick.

Cheers, I did most of those (less the Beach-Rover and LHD 101)
       in the Uk before moving.
The 109 was on 900 x 16 tyres on 130 wheels and extended
shackles, I changed the springs later and it sat even better!

It then went to a friend in France-

After registering it in France he took it straight to Morocco
       which it lapped up:

In Morocco he ran it on 750s, so both trucks were on the same
       wheel tyre combo.

Thanks for the info. Love the Surf Rover custom badge too!
Hopefully I will get back to your part of the world in 2014 as I
have some long service leave due. I have been to the South of
France a couple of times in the last 3 years and I really like
the Basque region. Hope to catch up with you next time I am
       over.
       Regards Warrick.
