       I was thinking that ^^. I don't imagine you'll get much benefit
from it as it's not in the airflow and what air does pass
through it will be relatively warm anyway.

Pic 1 is West Cam Road coming out of Hawes?
       Where is Pic 2 though?
That's just how a Series 1 should look

At at guess I would say near the mining museum at Threlkeld. It
looks like Saddleworth in the background.
       Could be wrong though.

Pic 2 You are correct it was taken just above Threlkeld quarry
at the start of the Old Coach Road. SaddleBACK in the
       background!
Pic 4 On the open part of Gatesgarth pass.
       Pic 5 The Breasthigh Road.

       The Intercooler!!
:-\Yes I have been undecided, fit it or don't? It has been a
case of "well I have it so I will use it"
I know exactly what you mean and it has been on/off like a yoyo.
In an ideal world it would be in front of the rad but I hate
that look, my other option would be like most put it next to it
but there is not enough room. After talking to one or two that
have done the conversion they say another advantage of the
intercooler is that it makes it slightly quieter for some
reason. I know a fella that has one in the same place an says it
works a treat, so time will tell. (It is easily taken off if no
       advantage is found.

       nice series :smile1
i have got a intercooler to fit in front of the rad, mine has
been messed around with a lot in the past so i wasnt worried of
a little chopping at the body.
