       Nice to be back

       Good evening folks.
       Well I was on here years ago, and I remember liking the more
       laid back, adult, outlook than some of the, err, family friendly
       forums, not to mention the strict "no fucking swearing " policy.
       Then I'm not exactly sure what happened,  everything sort of
       went deadly quiet.
       Forums seemed to have died a death, everyone was moving to
       Facebook, or X or whatever it's called this week.
       And I temporarily lost interest in old Land Rovers, as I
       periodically do.
       Well, now I'm back on track with the Land Rovers, leaf sprung
       ones anyway,  as I am a genuine Luddite.
       Well.at least to a point.
       Expect me to be attempting to pick your brains about some of the
       basics that I should have learned years ago
