Is this real?
It’s like being beamed aboard an empty space ship still floating
around in cyberspace long after alll the astronauts have left
the ship except…. for a few hardy souls hiding out😂
I thought the ship had drifted off into cyberspace many moons
ago
I’m now Landrover less 🥹 but only sold up last year. I
was using it less and less and my friend had flogged his so I
took the plunge. I’m driving a golf now 😞 *help* *help*
*help*
I realise this post is a message in a bottle🥹
Is anyone out there??
Are you all stuck on the East Yorkshire Darien Gap or maybe have
been kidnapped by a sinister cult caravan club operating in the
West Midlands 😂😂 Have you been beamed aboard

Or perhaps you did that last lane in Derbyshire and ……….

I still drop in every few months, it is a bit like a time-warp
in here. To be honest I've been very much slacking on the Land
Rover front, the disc brake kit on the series 3 seized up so I
need to remove it to reinstate the drums. was on the to-do list
back in 2019 and I've still not got round to it. Disgraceful
really.

I occasionally pop in, don't see anything new so just move on.
I have just replied to a thread which has been dormant for
several years as it deserved a response. On some forums members
are outraged when such delayed responses are made, but hopefully
on here it will be tolerated as trying to breathe in some life
to a well constructed forum.

Hi Paul, nice of you to drop in, visions of wales and the
guitar, Jim having a drunken eppy when you couldnt find Dodo,
etc etc, my eldest son, Harry keeps up the old traditions,
visited the lost lake this christmas, I managed leafers at
apedale in my series 1, hope to do some more this year, best
wishes to all who still frequent what was for me one of the
great times of my landrover life :smile1

Hello there! Pop onto this every now and again, dropped off a
lot of fora a few years back as it all got a bit bitter
🙄 Now got a bit of my forum Mojo back, but don’t think
it’s going to be good as it was.
Most forums seem to have gone the same and quietened down a bit
as Fakebook seems to attract more people nowadays, I thouht the
Series 2 forum was an exception to that but even that has got
all a bit Eastenders lately 😳
Tried breathing some life into this the other week by updating
my vehicle thread the other day but failed miserably - must try
harder next time.

Tis nice to see this place still limping along....much like
me... :haha:.....I've still got several Landies, and the Series
2 still has its Zebedee sticker displayed proudly!
I'm currently turning a knackered old 200tdi Disco into a
trike.....but that's a story for YouTube at the moment rofl
