       Rules for Av Auctions

       Hello and welcome to the board for Av Auctions,
       In the following you will find the rules for the auctions as a
       designer and as a bidder.
       These will probably be repeated throughout threads as we go
       along.
       Designers:
       We are glad to have your talent and your good will by
       participating in our av auction. Thank you for dedicating your
       time and talent to our event.
       Like all rooms we do have some rules for our auctions and for
       the avs you will be contributing to the event.
       Please if possible (I know some don’t for their own reasons)
       make an equal amount of male avs as you do female avs (us guys
       have a hard time enjoying auctions without something for us as
       well) If this is not possible, no worries we will be happy with
       what you bring.
       Please make all avs 500 (high) x 600 (wide), or smaller.
       Please all avs must have genitals covered. There is a time and
       place for that, and that is usually in pm.
       Designers feel free to choose the theme of your avs.
       We have heard about some designers having their avs stolen,
       altered or just damn well destroyed. I have been told that the
       designers who have had this happen will not want to make finish
       certain avs if certain people win them. Since this will be the
       start of our av auctions we ask you do the following.
       All avs need to be finished and delivered regardless of who wins
       it. If something happens where they do not pick it up, or alter
       it, stealing it then please report this issue to Apryl or
       Qnightstorm and they will be put on an auction banned list. But
       please make sure you report this to us or we can do nothing
       about it.
       Also, making avs is a very involved process and designers put a
       lot of hard work in their creations. Please protect your work,
       make and implement a watermark to add to the avs you create.
       Please register on the forum if you have not already.
       (some guidelines and rules may be added so keep checking back on
       this thread for updates please)
       Please have your ready avs given to Qnightstorm two days before
       the auction.
       Bidders.. (these rules will be listed again in another thread as
       well just to be sure everyone knows what they are doing)
       Some basic rules for the av auctions.
       Bids go from 1-500
       There is a stacking rule. Bids must be at least 5 points apart
       higher or lower than others.
       There is no winning limit.
       All excessive conversation is to be in PM while auction is in
       process (feel free to talk in open during breaks)
       Do Not PM staff while auction is in process
       No drama, you will be booted.
       ***Special Rules*** ***READ***
       It has been reported that there have been people have stolen avs
       and altered them. If you are caught doing this you will be put
       on an auction banned list.
       If there is an issue with the designer you won the av from
       (other than minor changes on the av), bring it to Apryl or
       Qnightstorm and the situation will be resolved.
