Military Organization

Hello everyone,
As your new Minister of Defense, I have several ideas to propose
about defending our region. First, I need all member nations of
the Okatama Guard to certify that they are in this thread. I
will continue when all nations in the following list have posted
"Present" below:
~ Enduvas.
~ Titchopa.
~ Sed26 (Even though you are not officially in the Okatama
Guard yet, I need at least 5 nations in, so you are on this
list).
~ Dukats.
After all of these nations have declared their presence, I will
continue on the subject of keeping Okatama safe, and how to do
so.

Present. (I'm not part of the Guard currently (though I would
help in the case of an invasion), but I can definitely be here
as a representative of the leadership.)

We just need Dukats and then we can begin. Btw, this list is
just the minimum number of members needed (5). As many nations
as possible are encouraged to join, and the more members we have
the more powerful we will be.

Alright, let's begin. I have an idea as to regional defense. So
each member of the Okatama Guards creates 5 puppet nations. We
would name them The Commonwealth of _______ Okatama Guard #__.
E.g. The Commonwealth of ASUINA #1. After each of these nations
are created, we will create a temporary email address using
yahoo.com to get them into the World Assembly. Then we will just
have to check in on them once in a while to make sure they are
active. The creation of this small army of nations would serve
two purposes: to endorse the regional delegate, because the more
endorsements the Delegate has the less likely it is that an
enemy nation will invade. It will also give us a force to
threaten counter-invasion of a region that invades us. I think
this is an excellent idea to pritect our narion. And to answer
some of your questions, yes it is legal to create those
temporary e-mail addresses, and no, it isn't against the NS
rules to do this, as long as we use different temporary e-mail
addresses. What do you guys (and or girls) think?

One difficulty, or so I've read, is that using the same internet
connection for different WA nations is a red flag for the NS
administrators, so that might invalidate the WA status of the
puppet and maybe also the main nation.

It isn't as if we are going to use these nations frequently.
They will be sort of like a reserve for use in emergencies only.
They all will endorse the elected delegate, and then we can
mostly ignore them, except checking up on them once in a while
to make sure they stay active. It isn't as if we are going to
use them to try and swing a WA vote or anything. As long as we
keep it under the radar, say add one per week, we should be
fine.

Okay...I'll probably not create another nation, just in case,
because if I was kicked out of the WA, needless to say, it
wouldn't be good.
