Constitution of Okatama

Section One - Forum and Government
1.okatama.createaforum.com shall be the official forum of
Okatama. The government organized on it is the legal government
of the region.
2.The constitution is the supreme law of Okatama. This is the
constitution.
Section Two - Intent and Structure of Governance
1.It is the intent of Okatama to represent the will of the
region’s game residents and protect the sovereignty of the
region. It is also the intent of the region to make the gaming
experience for residents as enjoyable as possible.
2.The Okataman Government places heavy value on national
sovereignty and our regional sovereignty and shall act to
advance these noble causes through whatever means are available
to it.
3.Okatama ’s government shall consist of the branches described
below.
1.The Ministers
1.Minister of Media Affairs
2.Minister of Internal Affairs
3.Minister of Foreign Affairs
4.Minister of Defence
2.The Senate
3.The Okatama Guard
4.All members of Okatama are required to adhere the constitution
and law of Okatama, which exist largely for the sake of
security, moderation, making the region more enjoyable, and
protecting regional interests. The law may not dictate how
nations answer issues, what they believe, and how they vote in
the World Assembly, though the government may encourage them to
act in a certain way if appropriate.
Section Three - The Ministers
1.Ministers are chosen members of our region that serve a
certain role.A Minister can’t be a member of the Senate at the
same time.Ministers are elected every 3 months.
1.Minister of Media Affairs shall seek new nations for our
region and shall speak greatly of our region in Okatama and out
of it.
2.Minister of Internal Affairs shall help in preparation of
any big or small internal event and shall seek any possible
raiders that want to raid our region.
3.Minister of Foreign Affairs shall be tasked with
representing Okatama abroad, acting as the region's chief
diplomat, approving ambassadorial applications, assigning
ambassadors to regions, writing regional updates, and writing
statements on behalf of the region with the rest of the
Ministers.
4.Minister of Defence shall recruit, train, and lead the
Okatama Guard.He shall have the authority to construct or
reconstruct the structure of the Guard at their discretion, and
in their own vision.He shall approve applications for the Guard
or delegate that responsibility to the Delegate or Officers.He
shall have the authority to promote and appoint officers at
their discretion.
Section Four - The Senate
1.All members of the region except the Ministers and the WA
Delegate are members of the Senate.
2.Anyone can propose a law and after a Minister,WA
Delegate,Admin or Moderator approves it will be brought to
vote.Voting will last one week.
3.Senators must post Aye if they agree or Nay if they disagree.
4.For a law to pass more then half of the voters must agree.
Section Five - The Okatama Guard
1.Okatama Guard is the military body of Oktama and it's under
the direct control of The Minister of Defence.
2.Okatama guard must be coordinated with The Minister of Defence
who shall choose how to command them.
