I kind of like the idea of a regional trade agreement or
something of that nature. Or maybe forming a council of
Okatama.

I like the idea of a council roleplay; the council could rule on
issues, much like for nations, but on a regional level, like on
natural disasters, nation disagreement, military threats, etc.
What do you think?
