So here we are at the mid-point and Reykjavik Reapers have been
unstoppable so far in division 2, with 12 wins, 1 draw and 0
loses. They are an eye watering 13 points clear up the top,
scoring 38 goals and only conceding 15. It has been some turn
around from their days known as Sky Blues, languishing in the
       bottom half of the table.
An influx of new talent has been key to their transformation
Enzo Fratelli and Beka Kechakmadze have been stalwart, while
fellow loanee Ayho Kushimo has been dangerous going forwards
with 6 goals. Captain Vilo Fleuss has been pulling the strings
in midfield, providing 10 assists. Andrei Perebyinis and Enzo
Julliene have been impressive in the middle of the park also.
While up front Claudio Carrillo and Mariano Bernard have scored
       19 goals between them.
Despite dominating division 2, they have found life in the cups
a little more difficult. They got knocked out of the EA Knockout
Cup by Pompey Chimes in the second round. While they had up and
down form against the likes of Helsinki Hellhounds and
Darlington All Stars. They still managed to finish 2nd in group
2 however and will face AFC Coventry
they will be hoping to at least make it to the quarter-finals.
Not much going on in the transfer market for them, although it
is no secret that manager Dave Rosewell would love to make Ayho
Kushimo's stay permanent. Also, it is rumoured both Nayden
Osmanov and Artem Kolinko are desperate for more game time and
could be looking for an exit or at least a loan out elsewhere.
