Puskas Academia vs Sarnians
We go on the road and Academia have been a bit of a bogey team
for us last season, and we experienced some really mixed
results. So with last weeks 3-0 win and an unchanged starting
line up we hope to give a good account of ourselves. Laszlo Kiss
will be looking to add to his early season goal haul, and Ziggi
Zoffenheim has been taken off penalty taking duties!

Nikara Dragons vs Wolves
So the second stint in charge of Nikara begins and 60,000 are
expected to be at Sinegard Stadium. We’ve been drilling a high
press counter attack approach as we know we wont be able to go
toe to toe with all the sides in the division on paper.
We line up in a 4-1-2-2-1 and in midfield Kabo Daishi starts

Golden Eagles FC will be hoping to bounce back from their
opening day defeat to Darlington All Stars, as they face fellow
title hopefuls Kyushu Yakuza at home. It will be easier said
then done however, as Yakuza have a very strong side that swept
aside Manchester United 3-0 in week 1. A win would be a great
boost for Eagles, but defeat would really dent any hopes for the
title, even this early in the season.
Eagles seem to be unchanged from last weeks loss meaning Jack
Groves looks set to start against his old side. However, Dave
Rosewell will certainly need to make some changes during the
game, with a tie against Sarnians in the league cup in mid-week,
then an away tie to Rael Nerrad in league next Saturday. Eagles
will be boosted by the new that Yakuza's Aparichit will be
missing the game due to injury, but the Japanese outfit do have
a lot of depth in midfield.
Manager Dave Rosewell commented "It is certainly going to be a
tight game, it could go either way. We were over confident last
week and there well be zero space for complacency today, we got
to be at our best!" Last time these 2 side met was in season 3's
EA Knockout cup Quarter Finals, where Yakuza ran out 4-2 winners
against Eagles. No doubt Eagles will be hoping to get a measure
of revenge today.

Reykjavik Reapers make the trip from Iceland to East London
today, with an away tie to Eastern Whirlwinds. Reapers will be
hoping to continue their winning start, after a thrilling 5-4
win over Cockney Cockrells last time out. Meanwhile, Whirlwinds
also made a winning start to their season last week, with a 2-1
away win over newly relegated Wolves. Reapers however, have a
much stronger side and if they can solve their defensive issues,
they could be a very formidable side indeed.
Reapers will need to keep one eye on their mid week match
against Helsinki Hellhounds in their League Cup Group 2 game. So
manager Dave Rosewell will hand starts to Beka Ramishvili and
Enzo Julliene in place of Beka Kechakmadze and Andrei
Perebyinis. Aside from that, they have no injury worries nor
suspensions and the same goes for their opponenets.
Dave Rosewell commented "If we can keep a clean sheet and our
noses clean, that would be a perfect result for us. We have our
eye on division 2, but we also want to ensure we can get in a
good cup run too." It has to be said though, that the previous
time these 2 teams met in the pre-season Wildlife Trust Trophy,
the game ended in a 1-1 draw. Will Reapers be more successful
this time round in the British capital?

Manchester United
lost my 1st game of the season so we have to bounce back i am
keeping an eye on my scores and if i continue to play **** and
keep losing i will consider my future so lets see were i am
after say 10 games

Darlington All Stars v Acorn Academiclas
Another home game so two to start with which is ice but means we
will have a run of away games soon.
Acorn drew their first game so will be looking for the win here
and they are a good side. we will need to play well to win this
one.
We will rotate some players in this one for both fitness and
minutes and hopefully we can get something from the game.

We travel to Manchester to face a team seething after last
week's loss to last seasons runners-up.
We are expecting a tough game as traditionally we have struggled
at this venue.
It will either be a very tight game or one that the neutrals
will enjoy.
Both teams have a full squad to choose from but it is difficult
to predict the exact lineups,
although one thing is for certain Marcentos will be pulling the
strings for Nerrad from midfield.
The Nerrad staff are predicting a 442 formation form United but
have plans in place for any surpirses.
There are rumours circulating that Nerrad are in the market for
a forward to improve their firepower
but manager Lear has been conspicuously quiet on the matter.
