Manager of the Month for August

Welcome to the first “Manager of the Month” awards for season 7.
In previous seasons only Managers who have had the best league
form in their respective division during that month were
awarded. That will still continue, but new for season 7 is the
addition of the “Performance of the Month” award that is awarded
to a team that either have performed above expectations and/or
produced one or more outstanding performance/match result.
So, with out further-a-do, let us reveal this months winners:
Division One Manager of the Month Award:
This is super tight between two teams - Helsinki Hellhounds and
Golden Eagles FC who both won 4 out of 4 in August. But since
there can only be one winner, it goes too *drum roll* -
Hellhounds, due to scoring more/conceding less goals, so
congrats to Steve!
Division One Performance of the Month Award:
One result really stood out here and that was Hartlepool
United's remarkable 4-3 win away to champions Sarnians! Congrats
to Matt!
Division Two Manager of the Month Award:
Only one team ended August unbeaten in Division Two, with 3 wins
and a draw and that was.... Dyer Island Penguins and their
manager Littlemonkey, well done dude!
Division Two Performance of the Month Award:
It is not often that an unmanaged team is awarded a prize like
this, but with Andean Incas beating Shymkent Scimitars (managed
by veteran ESMS manager Dave Rosewell) 5-2 in week 4, it was
only fair to give them the Performance of the Month Award,
congrats to them. Their Abs will be allocated by a member of
Admin.
Congratulations to all 4 managers, each of you will receive 400
abs to distribute amongst your squad. These abs can be allocated
in blocks of 10 to any player in your squad and they can all be
given to one player, but no player can have more than 800 abs
awarded this way during a season. These abs can also be added to
a players main skill.
Please reply to this thread saying where you would like the abs
allocated:
