       Scimitars Stadium upgrade

       Scimitars would like to upgrade their stadium to levels 4 & 5 at
       a total cost of £20,000,000 and taking a total of 7 weeks, so
       should be done by the 26.9.26
       Also noticed that the name of the stadium is incorrect, it
       should be Shashka Arena, cheers
