SCOUT A PLAYER
Each team is allowed to scout a player once per season.
Scouted players cannot be trained or sold in the season that
they are scouted

[HOW TO SCOUT]
Managers can choose from 18 different initial scout options.
These players have a set age, rating and cost.
The abs will be 500 main, 400 secondary and 300 tertiary (or 500
main and 1 others for a keeper)
The age of the 16yo or 18yo scout can be increased by 1 with no
change to the cost
The main abs of a 17/19yo will be set to 750 instead of 500, and
secondaries will increase by 150.
This can be done if the manager wishes to have specific player
that is older than the scouted option
EG: A 17yo player wanted then he would have the stats of the
16yo scout but be aged by 1 year
and have his main abs at 750, secondary at 550 and tertiary at
450.

# A 20 year old scouted player can have their age increased by
upto 3 years at a rebate of -£2,500,000 per year

EXAMPLE:
A 20yo AM (1 4 15 10) costs £72,000,000
If the same player is aged to 22yo:
A 20yo AM (1 4 15 10) costs £72,000,000
Age to 22 reduces the cost to £67,000,000
