       Cartagena announce

       Cartagena Corsairs have announced that have appointed Govermenc
       as their permanent manager.
       He takes over from former caretaker Steve and brings with him
       some ESMS experience.
       The team will also re-locate halfway across the world to Latvia.
       Those of you in Champions Of Europe will recognise Govermenc
       from AC Milan and Bayern Munich.
       We wish him well!
